如此，對方僅能銷售我司A的產品，亦禁止向台灣其他製造廠商購買產品進行銷售。

想知道without若放在此位的話能替換 instead of 嗎?
爬了很多知識家還是不太瞭解without的用法
另外Due to of the fact 若改成
Due to of the above-mentioned facts
會不會造成文法上的錯誤呢??
