The new regulation from the Department of Transportation requires
a change in the manner "in which" rest time is calculated for commercial
vehicle drivers.
請問為什麼要用 in which 呢，對於 manner 來說 應該是接 that
才是吧@.@...
以前學 in which 似乎就是等於 where....
可是 manner 應該不是指地方吧!
請板上高手指點了QQ
