PSP是新一代的model，65以下的model，不久前才由CMC所正式公佈
當時有兩套在競爭，另一套是日本廣島大學所發展的叫H-Sim
這兩套都是用surface potential的方法
因為原本的方法做出來的model參數有4百多個
不過後來投票的結果PSP嬴兩票左右
所以新一代的MODEL就是採用PSP的
但是日本人好像心有不甘所以打算自己用H-Sim
