網路找到一套 TCAD_studio
have demo version free download
how about this tool ?
做 spice model 台灣都自己做或請人做
因為 有人說 umc model team被挖到 中芯
所以 umc model 比 tsmc 差很多
我自己了 解 tsmc 是比較準
另外前些日 有人提過 synopsys 有套 高壓 model
level 66 .. how about this model
比 Level 49 好嗎
hspice 使用 L49 也很久 以我知道 L49 是拿 BSIM3v3
+ 自家公式 但是後來已經
出到 Bsim4 ..那 hspice 還是繼續使用 L49 ..沒更準的model
我只下過 .18 但 如 tsmc 都有到 65nm
難道 level49 還能使用到 此 process
還有套 philips PSP model (雜誌看到)
surface potention model
又和 BSIM4 有何不同
