降血脂目前而言有兩個機制
其中一個是增加油脂和膽酸的排出
像是可溶性膳食纖維~EX:洋菜膠等等...
減少腸道對於油脂和膽酸的吸收~
這樣體內就必須消耗體內的膽固醇來維持身體機能
另一個則是抑制內生性脂質合成酵素HMG-CoA reductase
減少身體自行合成的脂質來減少體內的膽固醇
像是紅麴中的Monacolin-K就是~~
大概就是這兩樣吧!!
