午餐:豬肉蛋三明治.五穀芝麻漿
晚餐:炒面.貢丸湯.起司球
運動:有氧30m
今天的心情:來到這裡整個大暴走,要嚴守九點上床,五點起床做午餐@@
結果上次弄完臉,身邊的人比我還積極,不是買套餐就是
去治療.大家的工程都比我大,我果然浪費錢.
