Latest update on this is , I dumped my IDE HDD and CDROM , went with a
SATA HDD and CDROM , it worked without any issue and I just completed
the installation, so time to get my hands dirty, should I expect more
surprises like that ahead?
But I still wonder what went wrong with IDE? Hope those guys who
maintain the installation and booting can have a look into it. I am
ready to help to replicate and do trial run on this system if anyone
is interested.
