My experience was sometimes an optical drive is left in a confused state
before it gets to mountroot and takes seconds to stabilize, so I've had
to type cd9660:cd0 at the mount root prompt a few seconds after it first
shows up for the installation to continue.
Dome dragonfly configs will use device name "acd0" instead of "cd0".
