[問題] 買到不新鮮的豆子怎麼處理?
最近在家附近的一間專做園區生意的咖啡店
買了半磅的黃金曼特寧
在跟店員詢問的過程中得知是十月初烘的
大概是中深焙
回到家馬上沖了一杯
在悶蒸時居然完全沒有膨脹
風味也非常…單調
嚴重懷疑這豆子放置超過10多天以上
想知道大家對於這種豆子,都怎麼處理?
那間店我是一定不會再碰了…

有人覺得的確不新鮮
有人覺得大驚小怪 養豆也有養一個月的/咖啡喝(放)一個月很正常
但想請教,如果是十多天的豆子、悶蒸完全沒有膨
這樣的豆子真的正常嗎?
