[器材]請問咖啡粉篩網..
最近收了一組kinto金屬濾網+下壺組.
在下是剛進入手沖世界的嫩嫩
之前是用梯型陶瓷濾杯...
聽說金屬濾網口感跟梯型濾杯使用濾紙的會不太一樣
而且想說這樣不用濾紙也比較環保
結果試了2次竟然都超多細粉沈澱在壺底
也沒感受到說會比較濃郁的口感
只覺得看了那些沈澱細粉感覺髒髒的
想請問各位前輩用這種金屬濾網的方式手沖
爬文好像有人會多加一道過篩的手續
不知道有比較推薦的嗎?應該去哪買呢?
(還以為用金屬濾網會加減有一些油脂的說...)
p.s如果想要油脂還是只能靠義式機一途嗎?
