最後1/3萃取量再用大港水柱沖 10秒
跟著這樣沖
約82-80度的水
20G黃曼沖250CC
發現
沖出來的咖啡好濃也較苦(苦味可接受,但風味沒出來)~~
請問
有人這樣沖嗎?
2分30秒的悶蒸是否是造成過度萃取的主因??
