If you are being bothered by a sense of melancholy now, it is certainly normal to wish for a more content and fulfilling life. At the same time, though, when you are in that state of mind, it can be harder to conceive that more happiness is even possible. But here's a clue: if you want more happiness in your life, you should start by expecting more happiness.
