We can't control the weather. We have no domain over natural disasters. We can't manage what other people say or do. We can do our best to protect ourselves in certain circumstances, but beyond that, our best chance at any kind of control is to simply control what we choose to feel and believe. And in that regard, you have a lot of control. If something in your life isn't going the way you want it to, you can change the way you use it and the way that you are dealing with it.
