一抗是Goat anti-mouse的抗體. 二抗是Rabbit anti-goat IgG. 現在的問題是在western的時候會有background. membrane是用5%脫脂奶粉blocking 1hr. 上網查到是說anti-goat IgG會跟bovine的IgG作用形成背景. 所以
