Re: [問題] DNA ladder實驗
想請問一下為什麼有些DNA ladder的實驗結果中，
有的ladder會很乾淨，如圖1：

但是有的在各個梯型條帶中有smear的感覺
例如上圖的B，或者2.http://tinyurl.com/2wgo72 ；3.http://tinyurl.com/3cpddh ;
4.http://www.chinaphar.com/1671-4083/25/figs/783f5.jpg
是因為有一點necrosis嗎？還是抽DNA或跑膠沒跑好？
我最近在做DNA laddering的實驗，結果就像第二、三張圖，
測OD的結果260/280值大多是1.9幾，不曉得到底要如何改進呢？
還是說細胞本來就正在apoptosis+necrosis呢？
