Molecular cloning寫了一個好玩的說法
For the last cycle of PCR, many investigators use an extension time that
is three times longer than in the previous cycle, ostensibly to allow
completion of all amplified product. However, in our experience, the result
of PCR in not significantly altered by thinkering with the extension time
in this way.
(Taq polymerase 每分鐘約2K bp in 72~78度)
