[問題] 請幫忙檢視一下我的減肥方式
昨天有PO文談到從農曆新年到現在的減肥成果
我檢討了一下.....
可能是有運動但沒有很忌口的原因
再加上我好像....練壯了>///<
現在是158/50-51之間狀況
我個人目標是瘦到45KG
以下是我的減肥新計劃,請各位給我一點建議
早餐
統一無糖豆漿
一顆蘋果(去皮)
茶葉蛋1顆
午餐
員工餐廳(我會少油,不吃炸,也減肥澱粉)
晚餐
統一無糖豆漿
蘋果2顆
我加班到家大概都11點了
習慣會喝一杯AB優酪乳,家裡的杯子高度大概300CC吧
運動:
有氧交叉機45MIN到1H(看公司健身房排隊的人多不多)
抬腿收腹動作100下
羅馬椅100下
拉筋
如果在家裡的話
我剛訂了佩甄代言的美腿運動機
以我的體力應該做個1小時OK
請問這樣子,有沒有需要修正的地方呢?
