大谷翔平結婚後還是睡10小時 採取二段式睡覺

道奇隊日籍球星大谷翔平雖然結婚了,跟老婆田中真美子展開新生活,但還是堅持要睡10
個小時,有充足的睡眠時間。
大谷翔平很重視睡眠,他在天使隊時期曾表示,可以維持良好的身體狀況,除補充了高質
量蛋白質的飲食,每天至少要有10小時優質睡眠,平均睡10到12小時,而且要睡1到2小時
午覺。
大家很好奇,結婚後有了新生活,大谷翔平會有不同的生活作息嗎?大谷仍然堅持保持並
恢復體力的睡眠時間。他說:「相對來說,我還是能保持比較充足的睡眠。總共大概有10
個小時吧。我會起床吃飯,然後再睡一會兒。」
通常比賽是在晚上6點或7點,大谷翔平會先起床吃飯,然後再「二度睡覺」。
今年大谷翔平專注於打擊,當被問及會不會興奮而無法入睡時,他回答說:「作為打者是
沒有的。投手好好投球後可能會有一些睡不著的日子。」
