[感言] 練體能一星期@@
跑了一個禮拜的3000m 都還是得花20min >"<
剛退伍的同學跟我說要18min以內跑完 囧
雖然他也說反正測驗時全連一起跑 一定會過
可是還是擔心>"<
伏地挺身倒是能25下 仰臥起坐40/min沒問題
不過心型伏地挺身超難的啊啊>"<
還有3個禮拜多
不知道能先練成怎樣>"<
