各位好最近有跟Heriot-Watt的指導教授聯絡上結果剛把research proposal寄給她，她就直接要我開始申請的程序 Thanks for your email. Your proposal does need some work but at this stage I think we should initiate the formal process. You should submit your application and upload your degree transcripts, proof of English Language ability, references and passport. Your research proposal should include working with me as his supervisor Here's the link to the "How to Apply" web page: http://www.hw.ac.uk/student-life/how-to-apply/postgraduate.htm. You would need to be able to pay your fees, your living expenses and bench fees. Bench fees would be be no more than ￡1000 per year maybe less in the first and third year.
