8FMOJS:前陣子一個月每天都跑3~5K 2X分鐘08/21 22:42
9FMOJS:現在已經休息4天了 膝蓋後方和腳(左右)食指往後延伸的地方會08/21 22:43
10FMOJS:痛,痛感已經比當初在跑的時候減輕許多,膝蓋後方在大角度08/21 22:43
11FMOJS:曲伸的時候才會痛,感覺恢復的時間有點久,有點擔心08/21 22:44
