第二句才是正確的
並非所有介系詞片語放句首都要倒裝啊!!
只有在句子中的主要動詞是不及物動詞時,介詞片語放句首才要倒裝
舉例來說
A cat lies on the sofa.
= On the sofa lies a cat.
There are many girls behind the tree.
= Behind the tree there are many girls .
這樣才對
至於針對原波的問題
Only by + N./ Ving .... be/ 助動詞 + S. + V.....
or
Only when (if) S. + V......, ........
這樣
才要倒裝吧
由 only 引導介詞片語或是副詞子句時才要倒裝吧
舉例來說
Only by hard work will you likely succeed .
又或是
Only when you lose health will you realize the importance of it
