這句名言出自James Baldwin在1979年的一篇文章
"If Black English Isn't a Language,Then Tell Me, What Is?"
他是出身美國紐約哈林區的黑人作家
拿出來當考題，真的有些怪怪的!
也許有可能的解釋方式是
因為時態上用了完成式，又有現在式，強調時間點的不同，
從以前到現在，現在仍然有這樣的現象，所以主要的先行詞為times
這是我個人的想法，希望有多一點人可以分享可能的原因!
