最近在網路上找了一下鋸棕櫚(Saw Palmetto)的資料竟然看到不少文章提到他是抗雌激素，不是抗雄激素反而會降低體內雌激素水平‧‧‧ 下面我貼了兩篇取出重點，想確認一下，是我英文不好，誤會了嗎? 我現在正是使用白高顆跟鋸棕櫚‧‧‧ 我還沒有決心完全跨出去看醫生甚至使用安德卡只想讓自己往女性化緩慢變化如果鋸棕櫚(Saw Palmetto)真的是抗雌不是抗雄有其他不這麼兇狠的抗雄可以推薦嗎? 資料: 1. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saw_palmetto_extract 第一段甚至說，治療男性前列線疾病的療效證明無效 Saw palmetto extract is an extract of the fruit of the saw palmetto.
