[問題] 內部外包制
最近社會上常探討薪資太低的問題,
目前普遍狀況據知是資方希望以一個薪水買到勞方最大化的努力,
其中還有獎金、股票等獎勵配套措施。
在想各位老板在人才難找的前提下,為甚麼不用內部外包制?
簡單說,就是工作不是由上司指派,而是員工自己去認領,
每個case都標上價碼,多做多拿,少做少拿,
研發以案件難度評估價碼,業務從淨利抽成,流程以處理件數給固定的錢。
以上只是個概念,但現實中並沒有這麼做,
想請教各位老板是實際執行面上有甚麼困難嗎?
