我還是覺得自己的單手反拍有時候狀況很好、但有時又不太穩,
所以最近又在仔細研究Federer、Gasquet的反拍。
我又發現幾個以前不是很在意的地方。
其實打單手反拍真的要旋轉身體,只不過我以前真的是轉的太誇張了。
那要轉到怎樣的程度?答案是把身體轉成側身,手向前延伸。

以前我都不會轉,一轉身頭就跟著動,這就是有名的"協調性有問題"。
Federer的協調性我覺得超好,常常看他打球都會覺得他身上有好幾個腦,
每個腦都可以獨立運作(Intel Core ??)。就像金庸小說的左右互搏之術。
我最近有空就練揮空拍,漸漸就比較可以肩轉、頭不轉。
還有單手反拍要如何旋球?
我的心得是,絕不是用手掌去轉拍面,而是要把拍子放低,
轉身施力的時後手是由下往上,有往上的力量就可以擦球了。
