練背肌跟三頭肌可保護你發球時對肩膀的負擔

倒數第三個的三頭肌伸展,而三頭肌也是與二頭肌互為拮抗

做俯身挺背,背肌可以保護你發球弓身時拮抗
意指若你有做仰臥起座...這個俯身挺背也要做...原因在於肌肉的平衡
不要讓自己的二頭跟腹肌太過發達...不然肩跟背部的肌肉負擔會很重
反而易傷害...
胸肌常做就是推展運動...練到有一定強度,其實就能緩衝不少你正手
跟發球帶來的衝擊力量(不用練到兩個ㄋㄋ都會動)
所以上面所講的就是練你打球時的拮抗肌肉...
更重要的是..練身體柔軟度...
肌肉練的再強大...筋繃得跟什麼似的...全身帶動的連貫力量都被抵消大部份了
練那個,不如不要練..
而真正要練的是下盤力量...因為打網球最重要的是腳...不是手
你腳站不到位...蹲不夠低、借地力借不夠...就算你有拳王阿里
或大魔王的肌肉...也對網球沒什麼幫助
但下盤主要是練股四頭肌,因為幾乎打網球很多時候都要蹲低...
另外就是常跑步,練得是肌耐力...網球要的不是股四頭肌的爆發力
而是持久力,所以當你在做前抬腿時

磅數選較輕一點,持續地訓練前抬腿的持久度...
不過還是以慢跑比較推薦。因為慢跑對於下半身整體都有運動到
甚至還能訓練你心肺功能...
