兩方面來看：
1. 文法觀點(即只看句構，不看文意)：
Over the past ten years, China has imported a large quantity of oil to
sustain its rapid economic growth and to push oil prices even higher.
即import oil to do X...and to do Y..
所以不選a)
2. 語意觀點：
i). 造成油價升高的原因是China has imported a lot of oil這件事，
所以選a) China has imported a large quantity of oil, pushing oil prices
even higher.
ii). China has imported a large quantity of oil to sustain its rapid
economic growth and to push oil prices even higher 文意不通，
進口石油應該只是為了支撐快速經濟成長，不是為了要把油價推高 ^^!
