[問題] 發球搶攻的還原姿勢
如題,
小弟想請教板上的各位大大,
關於發球之後的腳步如何還原?
(乙組or業餘角度)
就我所知,
通常發球的時候(以右手發正側旋轉為例,最常見的側上下旋),
身體會側在球桌正面的反手位,左腳在前靠近桌子而右腳在後,
發球時重心由右腳轉到左腳同時微微帶腰,協助右腳還原回來,
然後整個動作回到反手位,面對球台正面之後,
原地墊步還原,(此時身體在反手半台偏左)
如果是長球再側身用正手拉(目前暫不考慮反手)
這是我小學時,教練所教的,
甲組球員也教我如何微帶腰力,用慣性減少還原時間準備搶攻
可是最近我卻從某教練口中得知,這種發球搶攻的姿勢並不好,
因為只要對手把球送到反手位偏斜從球台側面出去,就幾乎只能切
他說不應該回到反手位,右腳不能回到球台正面與左腳平行
因為這樣很難再側開,左腳與右腳都在左邊線以內
應該要發完球後,直接左腳前右腳後,這時身體會在左邊線上,
甚至在球檯左後方,
回球若是反手長球,可以直接向前掃,
就算很斜還能往前側直接起板
若是中間或偏正手,就直接採右腳拉
甚至被擺短,還是可以向前踩右腳去回擺,
乍聽之下好像很合理,但為何多數人還是選擇會回到反手呢?
小弟想是因為橫拍兩面弧圈的關係嗎?
或者應該問,應該採取哪一種姿勢比較好?
