[問題] 如何訓練小肌肉?
我游泳有時腳趾或腿會抽筋
救生員說是身體柔軟度不夠
要訓練小肌肉
可是網路上都是強度運動
跑來跳去的不適合在有水的地方做
想問那小肌肉到底該如何鍛鍊
還是缺乏什麼嗎
因為我指甲一直會裂開即使減短也是
頭髮也很容易掉
