[問題] 練肺活量!?
小弟目前想要藉由游泳
來訓練肺活量,
目前搜集到的資訊有:一千五公尺,
但小弟本身是自學起家,
也只會蛙式,
遇到的問題是:應該是姿勢不正確,
所以才游個一佰,就很容易累
想請問各位大大門,
如果我要練1500,那我有什麼需要改進的嗎!?
或是說一個基本循環這樣的可以參考~~
請大大解惑依下~~~
