[問題] 推薦信的寄送問題(Erasmus Mundus)

各位板友新年快樂 :) 我最近在申請ERASMUS MUNDUS旗下的AGRIS MUNDUS 線上申請的資料都準備齊全了，也已經聯絡好老師撰寫推薦信事宜但碰到一個很蠢的問題QAO我不知道推薦信要寄到哪裡去申請這個programme需要2位referees，申請欄位上寫說 : Please list the first/second person you have asked to write a letter of recommendation for you. Preferably, one letter of recommendation should be academic. An automatic email will be sent to this referee you have chosen, asking him to submit his letter directly to us. You will be able to see whether he has submitted his letters, by verifying the checklist of your application form. (我的理解是這個programme會寄信給老師，然後老師們就可以把推薦信寄過去，但是我的老師們都說沒有收到聯繫，不知道要把信寄到哪裡去) 是因為我還沒有submit application form嗎?我一直以為等推薦信到齊最後才submit? 我目前在checklist上是還沒看到老師上傳推薦信 checklist上又說 : The (first) referee has to upload or send directly by email his/her letter of recommendation. This letter is also to send by post, in an envelope sealed and signed across the back flap of the envelope by the referee.
