[問題] 舊金山藝術大學(AAU)不能辦H1-B?

有一個學弟想要申請這間學校，然後我詢問了現在就讀中的學生，發現好像有這個問題
簡而言之就是加州政府不發給 For-Profit 的學校 H1-B?
(措詞可能有誤，但大概是那個意思)
節錄第二段:
Specifically, the US Master’s Cap Exemption only applies U.S. Institutions
of Higher Education as defined by 20 U.S.C. 1001(a). In relevant part, among
other criteria, the school:
- Must be authorized by a State to provide post-secondary education; and
- Must be a public or other nonprofit institution; and
- Must be accredited by a nationally recognized accrediting agency or
association recognized accrediting agency or association.

據我所知台灣人在這所學校就讀的人還蠻多的，請問學校有提供相關方面的訊息嗎？
如果這樣，以能工作為前提是不是就不該申請 AAU, and/or other For Profit college?
