[問題] 請問這封信的意思
今天早上收到了U of Iowa的來信
內容如下
We’ve recently completed our initial evaluation of applicants for the
2013-2014 academic year. We received a large number of applications from
many highly qualified students, yet your application stood out as one of the
most impressive.
Since you’ve probably been able to refine your plans for graduate school
during the past few months, I wanted to touch base with you regarding your
current intentions. Are you still interested in the graduate program at the
University of Iowa, or have you made plans to attend another institution? We
would be grateful if you could e-mail a brief update to our Graduate Program
Administrator.
We appreciate your application to our program. You’re clearly a very
talented student, and I’m sure you’ll have many options for graduate study.
Thank you for considering The University of Iowa as one of your options.

1)請問這個是錄取的意思嗎?
2)請問第二段最後一句提到的brief update
是只要告訴回信說還有意願想申請
還是要附上其他的資料?
3)請問如果回覆說still interested是不是一定要去念?
