可是我的解讀是...9月可以開始apply
但dead line是...7/15??
想請教大大事不是哪裡搞錯了QQ

Important Dates
July 15th: Application forms must be submitted.
International applicants are strongly encouraged to apply earlier to allow
sufficient time to process visa paperwork.
Late March/April and on: The first round of offers of admission will occur in
late March or early April, and will continue on a rolling basis until late
July.
August 10th: Deadline for students to accept offers of admission.
這樣看起來
7/15是dead line
但是3~4月底會有錄取通知一直發到7月底
8/10是學生決定要不要去念的底線
所以意思是...在某些人錄取後再投 還是有機會被錄取嗎= =?
