[問題]如何應對教授的信?

由於時間的限制我只申請了一間學校的教育類PhD 想說該表現積極一點 自己的命運應掌握在自己的手裡 所以寄了封信給一位希望能跟的老師 大意是說我在申請這所學校 簡單敘述自己的研究興趣與計畫 與這所學校可能怎樣幫助我完成研究 並談到我與他研究興趣之間的交及 希望能與他合作 也說到自己拿到公費獎學金 並附上CV 希望得到他的一些訊息 第一封沒回 過兩天我又再寄一次 老師回信 以為我還沒丟出申請 說他很願意跟我合作 但申請期限已到 所以我可以明年再申請 還有很多時間可以準備 我回信說 其實我已經丟出申請 所以希望他能考慮我 我會全力以赴blah blah blah 我也附上我申請用的SOP 希望他作參考 但教授回了一封有點不置可否的： Hi XXX, Thank you for sharing your statement of purpose. It's good that you indicated me and XXX（該校另一名老師） in your statement. A comparative study between ......（略 是我SOP中提到希望能進行的研究題目） would be intellectually intriguing, especially in relation to linguistic and cultural preservation, integration, and adjustment. Congratulations on receiving a 3-year graduate funding from the Taiwanese government.
