[問題] 成績單彌封問題

看了很多學校網站好像都沒有特別說要彌封好像除了一些機構認證和美國學校成績單需要彌封其他都好像只要signature of the registrar and seal of the institution 像是UT Austin 他網頁只說 If you are offered admission, you will be required to submit official transcripts BEFORE you will be allowed to enroll.
