[問題] 請問報稅"8843"表格問題
有爬文也看過了精華區，還是有3地方不是太肯定，所以來請教一下。
我的身分F1，沒有收入(銀行利息每月都不到$1)，所以只填8843。
1. Part I 1a. Type of U.S visa and date you entered the United States
第二個問題是問我拿到F1後，第一次進入美國日期?
還是最近一次進入美國日期呢?
2. Part I 1b. Current nonimmigrant status and date of change
看了說明，是指I94上的記錄。
我看I94寫 F-1 D/S，那我就填 F-1 D/S 嗎?
3. Part I 4a.
actual number of days you were present in the United States during
2010:365 2009:331 2008:137
請問: PartI 4b.Enter the number of days in 2010 you claim you can
exclude for purposes of the substantial presence test
是該填365嗎?
我看IRS網站說明:
Days of presence in the United States
Do not count days for which you are an exempt individual.
