[問題] 想確定是不是需要WES認證

不好意思~我已經爬過文了但是總覺得不保險我想申請的學校截止日快到了所以想趕快詢問一下學校是需要在申請時就寄出OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT 但是在下面附加了這句話 You must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent to be eligible to apply. If your transcript is not in English, please submit an official and certified English translation of it in addition to an original copy. If you earned your degree outside the U.S., you may wish to contact an agency such as World Education Services to evaluate your credentials. 請問這是必須還是不一定要WES之類的機構進行認證呢? 我自己的解讀是不需要因為已經寄出了學校的中英文成績,而且他只是說"may wish to contact to evaluate" 但是又擔心解讀錯誤,想要麻煩有經驗的人或了解的人解惑~謝謝了! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.250.24.182
