系統反映了，日期是12/14，免費加發不可捉摸的應該是ETS的Report Date.....

申請系統管理人員官方回覆:
It goes out at 2 a.m. tomorrow morning, our time. We don't have a way for
the system to send it sooner. You can alert them when they should be
receiving our email.
攤手，我submit的系統時間是2:47 a.m.結果就是要再多等一天。
催也沒用，寄信時間接近臺灣下班時間，不小心又要再多浪費一天。
Letters are due before 5 p.m. our time of the deadline. The committee will
review all submitted applications. They will review whatever materials were
submitted by the deadline. If an application is incomplete at the time they
review, they have the option of asking me to locate the missing document
before making their decision.
If we receive the letter after the deadline, we can hold it. We cannot add
anything to applications after the deadline unless the committee specifically
asks for it.
推薦信有沒有過deadline是有差的，這時候只好多聽王彩樺的保庇了.....
