[問題] 學校認為收到的成績單是非正式的

各位板友好，我申請Berkeley的LL.M 紙本的補充資料（四封推薦信、紙本成績單）是在11/29寄出的剛才收到Berkeley寄來的e-mail 告訴我說他們有收到成績單了可是覺得那不是正式的 Official transcripts received? N Transcripts received but unofficial? Y 下面有一段說明是這樣： If your transcripts have been flagged as unofficial, it means that they were not sent to our office directly from the issuing institution, as is required. Please contact the University to request that they sent your academic records directly to our office at the address below.
