借標題問一下
最近重新看了學校有關財力證明要求
Your application will be reviewed without the declaration of finances form,
but the form must be submitted before you are officially admitted, so it is
advisable to submit it with your application in order to avoid delays in your
visa later.
意思是說拿到Admission後再寄財力證明？？
但又說最好在admit之前寄？？
我有點搞糊塗了 請問到底是要什麼時後寄才對？？
