愛吃又不想做運動是減肥大忌,英國一名中年婦女有個另類減肥法,讓她在半年內減去
112磅(50.8公斤),她非常歡迎其他人參考她的方法,但這方法首先是要有一個男朋友
。
39歲查普爾(Dawn Chappell)先前因為腳傷、工作忙以及經常吃垃圾食物等,2012年時
體重已直線上升至接近308磅(139.7公斤),曾經被約會對象當面甩頭走人,令她信心大
受打擊。
幸好她2013年透過臉書認識現任男友比奇(Russ Beach),兩人一見如故,比奇某次因故
在她家留宿,一時天雷勾動地火,一發不可收拾:「他住了一星期,我們無法離開對方,
我們每天都做愛兩至三次。」查普爾後來又請了兩周假陪男友,當她銷假上班時,才驚覺
自己在半個月減去了21磅(9.5公斤)。
兩人繼續見面,查普爾的體重繼續下跌。一個月前失業的比奇搬來與她同居,而她也因腳
傷而沒有工作,她坦承目前兩人的性生活就像首次見面時一樣火熱,她稱:「我們早上一
次、下午及晚上各一次......人們問起我減肥秘訣時,我都會告訴他們我有一段『活躍的
