[房客] 租屋看一次..甚至是當下就決定,是常態?
不知道是不是我看得太少,為什麼我遇到的房東
幾乎都不是住在租屋處附近的..
所以當看的很滿意,但想要約看第二次時
房東都明顯表現出很為難的樣子,或者是直接回絕說沒辦法
因為房東本身有自己的事情,加上不住附近,所以並不是想來就來這麼方便
這是常態嗎???房東都不住附近,所以約看房,就是幾乎得一次下定論
因為對方沒那麼多時間陪著看第二次、第三次..
而且幾乎每間房東都會跟我說
剛有人來看很喜歡,本來要馬上下訂..之類的話
有些屋況真的很好我是不意外,但有些真的感覺還好…orz
還是真的說
大部分的人看房,通常都是只看一次就確定要不要租了嗎???
不過我是可以理解為什麼大多不接受啦
與其說同一個人又要約一次
我不如那一次是約另一組不同的人..
租出去的機率還高一點...
只是還是很好奇大多真的都這樣嗎???
