中時的題目的確沒有寫這條，當初我也是想破頭寫不出一個數字

the rules are that (for the four-ring version)
each of the numbers 1-8 has to appear in each of the four rings and
each of the eight (overlapping) quarter circles.
才知道有這個條件，有這個條件要解就簡單了
