[創作] Solitude
Solitude pleases me in a desperate manner,
Making me numb with nothing but void.
Still crawling I am under his banner,
Into the ivory tower me he does decoy.
From the top seeing things on distant land,
Away from scenes that my soul blight,
In which are pair after pair, hand in hand,
Envy I envelope in the name of Pride.
Indeed there are faces me around,
Ah, yes, I guess they are called friends.
In the web of vain jests I am bound,
With grudged smiles without an end.
Awaiting an alter ergo to me set free,
Still, Solitude, I am desperately in love with thee.
