新加坡以外的學校應該只認可這些

The applicant must be a graduate with a university degree accepted by
Singapore Pharmacy Council, and/or registered with a pharmacist registration
authority accepted by Singapore Pharmacy Council.
這樣看起來台灣的學歷在新加坡想當藥師是不符資格，
可是執照就不一定了。(還沒看到資料)
