(一)工作日期：2024/1/2 至 2024/6/30
(視您個人表現及時間安排可延後結束）
(二)排班方式：每周約排至少25小時。
(三)每日工作時間：依照個人需求排定。
(四)每日休息時間：依照個人需求排定。
(五)休息有無計薪供餐：無
★《工作待遇》
(一)工資：此為月薪制，每週需要至少工作25個小時，
工作時間可自由排定。
大學 $27,000；碩士 $29,000。
勞健保、勞退︰依法規定。
工資發放日：每月1日。

嗨大家！我的 team 會需要 1-2 位實習小夥伴
簡單 update 一下我們公司 & 單位在幹嘛 （另外也需要一枚正職夥伴，nice to have:
good at database structure/BI tools/AI model，如有興趣請直接站內信）
USI 環旭，日月光集團控股；算是半導體產業鏈中一環，製造微小晶片供通訊、消費
電子、工業醫療車用電子使用（主要客戶就是蘋果光啦！）。Website:

我所在的部門 = HR COE，算是 Global 事業單位；因為我們在中墨越歐洲美國都有
plant/office，算上最近併購的公司，超過兩萬名員工，如何運用資料進行好的管理
/find talents 就是一個很大的課題；我的 role 比較偏向 digital HR，全球人資系統
、employee data analysis 會在我這邊。
實習小夥伴要做些甚麼？主要會協助我實施&推行&優化 self-service BI reports；
如能力 ok 會加一些 analysis tasks, e.g., to find the critical index for
evaluating global talent market.
User interview --> Reviewing insight reports.
Create the dashboard via Power BI.
Platform implementation and knowledge management.

suring data accuracy and maintaining efficiency in a
multitasking environment is crucial.
> Strong Communication Skills:
Good interpersonal communication and coordination skills are necessary
for cross-departmental or international collaboration.
High TOEIC/TOEFL is a plus.(TOEIC at least 700, o
r if you don't afraid of all English Interview, you can give me the message.)
> Project Management Skills:
Run small projects independently and collect market needs for suitable solutions.
> Analytical Thinking:
The ability to effectively problem-solve and provide insightful
recommendations is a plus.
> Basic Database Knowledge:
Know essential databases' architecture principles.
Understanding SQL is a plus.
