勞動部今日召開基本工資審議委員會，決定基本工資調升。經過一整天討論，
勞動部宣布，基本工資月薪將由目前22K調升至23100元，調幅為5%，
時薪則由140元調升至150元，調幅7.14%，預訂明年1月1日實施。
蔡政府上台後，接連兩次大調基本工資，兩年合計調幅10%以上。
目前基本工資月薪為2.2萬，時薪140元。一旦調高基本工資，約有本、外勞共169萬人
（含本勞124萬、產業外勞及養護機構外勞共45萬人）、打工族39萬人，
合計208萬餘人受惠。勞動部基本工資審議委員會做出建議後，
由勞動部送交行政院核定才會生效，原則都自隔年1月1日起實施。
今天會議七位勞方委員全數出席，七位資方委員五人出席、二位派代表。
許銘春開場表示，基本工資主要目的為照顧基層勞工基本生活，基於經濟情勢發展考量，
基本工資適時調整有必要。
個人心得：
說句實話，調漲比例這樣微薄，根本杯水車薪，
勞工的基本生活也不會有大幅的改善。
