the Whitehall II prospective cohort study

摘要
Aim:To examine the association between overtime work
and incident coronary heart disease (CHD) among middle-aged employees
Result:3–4 h overtime work per day was associated with 1.60-fold
(95% CI 1.15–2.23) increased risk of incident CHD
compared with employees with no overtime work.
Conslusion:Overtime work is related to increased risk of incident CHD
independently of conventional risk factors.
These findings suggest that overtime work adversely
affects coronary health
這篇的證據力比某位號稱他操不死的人還高的高
而且這是cohort study...European Heart Journal 2010
每天3~4小時，每周加班15~20小時...這樣我們的risk不會很難算吧
或許他覺得1.6倍不高...
